The following rules shall apply when earning and using credits with

Future English Academy/Future English Academy- Online!

1. General. Points may be earned by anyone who has registered with Future English Academy and/or Future English Academy - Online! whether they are currently taking lessons/classes or not.
2. Point Exchange Rate. 1 Point= 1 cent.
3. Using points for services.  Points gained on Future English Academy and/or Future English Academy - Online! can be used towards any Future English Academy service. Once you have enough points, you the student or you as the parent/guardian of a student, can book a lesson with an available learning coach using our booking page. When paying by points, use the "Redeem Points" section. Each lesson must be booked at least one week in advance. This gives teachers enough time to prepare for the lesson. Once the lesson is booked, your points will be deducted from your current point balance. If you do not have enough points for lessons, your current points will not be deducted but the lesson will be cancelled.
4. Transferring Points. You are not allowed to transfer points to any other student. If you transfer points, the points will be deducted from both the transferer and transferee's point balances.
5. Points Expiration. Points earned on Future English Academy and/or Future English Academy - Online! will never expire as long as you remain a student. If a student quits and then starts again, points will start from 0 as all information is deleted from our end when a student quits.
6. Earning Points.  Points may be earned through several different method subscribing to Future English Academy-Online! and/or Future English Academy related pages, liking or commenting on posts, watching videos, etc. The methods for gaining points from social media will be posted on the EARN POINTS page.  The amount of points earned will be based on the action taken and Future English Academy/ Future English Academy- Online reserves the right to change the amount of points or how points are earned at any time.  To earn points, all actions taken including subscribing to, liking, commenting or any other action that Future English Academy/Future English Academy- Online! has posted are permanent actions.  
7. Actions taken to earn points monitoring.  Future English Academy reserves the right to monitor all actions taken and may remove certain actions taken by students and/or parents or guardians of students. We also may deduct points at our sole discretion based on things that we feel may be inappropriate or seems to exploit the system.  For example,  liking and un-liking a post or subscribing to and then immediately unsubscribing from a channel.
8. Point Refunds. Refunds will only be giving based on website errors and or proof of errors such as screenshots and in the sole discrepancy of Future English Academy and Future English Academy- Online!
9. Changing Point Rules. Future English Academy and Future English Academy- Online! reserves the right to add and or change the rules to earning points at any time.
10. Agreement. By using Future English Academy - Online! and the Future English Academy- Online! point system, you agree to abide by the rules. If you do not agree to the rules, you should not use the system.
