We accept teachers from around the world based on your ability and teaching experience - certification helps  but is not necessary. Once you register,  we will contact you for an interview to check your English ability and internet connection.

Earn for every minute you spend chatting! You make $0.20/min ($12.00/hour) on Future English Academy - Online!  Get paid via PayPal or TransferWise to your bank account every Monday.

Tutor anytime, anywhere

You can start tutoring at any time of the day based on your schedule. Work as little or as much as you want. No minimum hours, ever!

STEPS TO BECOMING A TEACHER

Step 1. Register.

Please fill out all required information.

We will contact you at your email address after you have registered for an interview so be sure to make sure that the email address you put is the one that you want to be contacted at! You can then login to Future English Academy- Online and see your current status which will be listed as Registered Teacher. 

Step 2. Interview

Once you are registered, we will send you an email and ask when you would like to have an interview if there are available spots for new teachers. There is no need to email us about the interview.  The interview is to check your English ability and internet connection to make sure that we hire teachers who are capable of teaching with us and using our online platform. You do not need to be from a native speaking country to apply but you must be close to fluent in English and not have a thick accent in order to teach with us. We will email you the result. If you do not pass, we  will let you know why and what you need to do to help you pass any future interview.

Step 3.  Training

Once registered, your status will change to teacher in training. You must complete training on our employee website before being allowed to teach online.  All training is unpaid, video course based and you can complete the training as quickly as you would like. 

Step 4.  Teach English Online!

Once you have completed training, you can start to teach English online. You talk with students that choose you and pay is based on the amount of minutes spent teaching. Students have the option of talking anytime or having monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual lessons with their favorite teachers.
